Quests, gold and decorations live in your account so they follow you between devices. We never sell them.
The Royal Guild Pass costs $1.99 a month or $19.99 a year through Google Play, after 7 days free. Cancel any time from Google Play or from Manage Subscription in Realm.
No bots farming the leaderboard and no harassment of fellow warriors in the guild halls.
Oath and Enlistment
By installing Pomodoro Warrior (the "Guild") and swearing the Warrior's Pact you enter an agreement with Pomodoro Warrior. If you do not accept these runes in full, sheath your blade and stop using the app.
1.1 Age of majority
You confirm you are at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your territory if it is higher. Younger squires must enlist under the supervision of an adult guardian.
1.2 Guild registration and cipher seals
Your account is opened through the sign-in provider you choose on the login screen and stored by Appwrite. You are responsible for the device and the provider account that hold the seal; sessions started under it are attributed to your ledger.
1.3 The chivalric code
Warriors pledge not to harass fellow adventurers, farm the leaderboard with scripts, or abuse the guild's servers.
Privacy Runes and the Account Pact
Pomodoro Warrior does not show ads and does not sell, rent or trade your data. We keep what the app needs to work and to sync your progress between devices, and nothing more.
2.1 What the guild stores
Your account identifier and display name from your sign-in provider, your dungeons, quests, sessions, gold, EXP and tavern decorations. They live in the guild's Appwrite project so they follow you between devices. Sound, theme and reminder preferences are different: they stay on the device you set them on.
2.2 Purchases
Subscriptions are processed by Google Play and tracked by RevenueCat. We receive the subscription status and an anonymous purchase identifier, never your card details.
2.3 Your rights
Under the GDPR and equivalent laws you may ask for a copy of your data or for its deletion. Write to the arbiters and we will act within thirty days. Account deletion inside the app is on the roadmap for the beta.
The Royal Guild Pass and the Treasury
One pass opens the whole realm: every dungeon, custom dungeons and quests, all ten soundscapes, all four theme cartridges, every tavern piece and the deep battle archives. The first seven days are free.
3.1 Transparent tariffs
The pass costs $1.99 per month or $19.99 per year, charged by Google Play in your local currency after a free trial of seven days. There are no micro-transactions, loot boxes or pay-to-win potions. Price changes are announced thirty days ahead.
3.2 Cancellation and refunds
Cancel any time from Google Play or from the Realm menu; premium access lasts until the end of the period already paid. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.
Intellectual Armoury and Sprite Rights
The sprite set, the soundscapes, the four palettes and the emblems are original works of Pomodoro Warrior. Screenshots and streaming with attribution are allowed. Redistributing the sprites or the audio in other projects is not.
4.1 Your sovereign work
You keep full ownership of any code, writing, design or business asset you produce while the timer runs. The guild claims no royalty or title over the fruits of your labour.
Exile and Banishment Protocols
The arbiters may exile an account without refund for breaking the chivalric code: harassment, doxxing, spam, account trading or scripts that manipulate the leaderboard.
5.1 Appeals
Ban disputes are answered within seven working days. Appeals go by email to the arbiters.
Limitation of Liability and Dungeon Accidents
The app is delivered as is. We do not guarantee eternal focus, nor that the backlog dragon dies for good. If a bug of ours corrupts your quests we will fix it within thirty days. We are not liable for consequential damage: the guild is a tool, not a therapist.
